ENERGY TRADING WEEK EUROPE

This is your exhibitor manual which contains all the relevant information for your stand at the forthcoming event at the BDC, London Thursday 24th - Friday 25th September 2026.  If you have any problems using this manual, please email exhibitors@showsmith.co.uk.

The forms page is a good place to start as you can use this as a checklist.  As well as containing all forms you need to complete and by when, it also gives you access to forms for additional services you may wish to order for your stand.

 

Please note that this year’s Energy Trading Week Europe will be slightly different to our other events. As standard, all exhibitors will be provided with a shell scheme. The package includes:

• Shell scheme wall panels

• Carpet (the venue is carpeted throughout with grey floor tiles)

• Electrics : 1 x 500w electrical socket (additional power can be ordered here)

• Nameboard (please ensure you complete this submission to ensure your company is displayed as desired)
