ACTIVATIONS
We actively encourage exhibitors to create engaging, interactive experiences at their stands to help maximise visitor engagement and make the most of their presence at the event.
Over the years, we've seen a wide range of successful activations, including speciality coffee bars, racing simulators, games, prize draws, refreshments, charging stations and other interactive experiences.
If you are planning a stand activation, please Please complete the activation application form with details of your proposal in advance. This allows us to ensure it complies with venue regulations, does not negatively impact neighbouring exhibitors and can be incorporated into the overall event experience where appropriate.
ALCOHOL
We have a strict no alcohol policy for all contractors and exhibitors during build-up and break down.
Any exhibitors giving away or sampling food or drinks at the show should request permission from the Organisers. Please complete the activation application form and we will be in touch with next steps.
Please note, no external catering is permitted at the event unless prior consent has been granted by the venue caterers - Good Eating Company and the relevant concessions have been paid.

We highly encourage exhibitors to host drinks at their stands during the Day 1 Evening Social. Companies that did this last year saw fantastic engagement, and we expect even more participation this year. It's an excellent opportunity to draw a crowd and network in a relaxed setting.

The Event Platform & App is our networking hub in the leadup to the event and our handy on-site tool for all attendees.
Through the platform you will have access to the meeting scheduler, experience our matchmaking tool and see recommendations, browse the attendee list and this will serve as your Badge Scanning tool for lead generation on site.
It is also through this platform that delegates will be able to see and explore your Company Profile in the ‘Virtual Exhibition’.
Registering for your Exhibitor Pass will allow us to link you with your Company group on the platform - we will be opening the platform to Exhibitors only on August 13th and to delegates on August 27th, which gives you 2 weeks to ensure that your profile is complete. Your Company Profile will already be populated with basic information (logo, bio & URL link provided you have provided us with these), we suggest you utilise the time prior to the delegate launch to build out your profile and familiarise yourself with the platform.

Please note if you already have an account from previous events you will be able to login with your previous email/password.
You can download the IOS app and the Google App (you won’t be able to login until the event is live).
